Hank Lawrence is a third-generation builder with deep roots in the Ozarks. Known for his hands-on leadership and attention to detail, Hank carries on a family tradition of building homes that last. His practical experience and commitment to craftsmanship anchor every project Wildhaven takes on.
Charlie Downs comes from a background in education and communication, which fuels his passion for guiding families through the building process. Charlie has spent years helping people understand what it takes to design and build a home, using both in-person relationships and digital platforms to educate and inspire. His role at Wildhaven is focused on connecting with homeowners, simplifying the process, and making sure families feel confident every step of the way.
