Step 01
Discovery Call
We start with a conversation. Tell us about your land, your vision, and your budget. No pressure, no pitch. Just two builders figuring out if we're the right fit.
Step 02
Gate 1
Site Visit & Design
We walk your land before we draw a single line. We study the slope, the drainage, the light, the trees worth keeping. Then we work with you to finalize plans down to the last outlet.
Timeline: 4 to 8 weeks
Step 03
Gate 2
Open-Book Pricing
Every trade is bid out. Every line item is visible. You see exactly what we see. No hidden markups, no surprises at the end.
Timeline: 2 to 4 weeks
Step 04
Gate 3
Financing & Contract
Money in place before we break ground. We help connect you with lenders experienced in construction loans and barndominium financing.
Timeline: 2 to 6 weeks
Step 05
Foundation & Steel Erection
Slab poured. Steel goes up. This is where it gets real. You'll get regular photo updates and can visit the site anytime.
Step 06
Interior Build-Out
Framing, spray foam, drywall, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, finishes. We manage every subcontractor and every inspection.
Step 07
Final Walkthrough & Handoff
We walk every room together. We don't hand you the keys until you're satisfied.
Then we build.
01. You work with Hank and Harold directly. Not a project coordinator. The owners of the company.
02. You get weekly photo updates. Every week, without asking. You'll always know what's happening on your site.
03. You get monthly budget reports. Actual costs vs. the approved budget, line by line.
04. You get 24-hour response time. Call or text — you hear back within a day. Every time.
05. You get a final walkthrough before the last payment. We walk every room together. Every punch list item addressed before you close out.
06. You get a one-year builder's warranty. If something's not right after you move in, we come back.
