You've been thinking about this for a while.

The land's been in your family for years — or maybe you just found the right piece last month. Either way, you've already pictured where the porch goes. You know which direction the kitchen window should face. You've saved more floor plans than you'd admit to anyone.

It's time to build it.

We build custom homes and barndominiums for people who want something that's theirs. Designed for their land, their family, and the way they actually live. Not a model home. Not a production floor plan. Yours.

What We Build

Custom Homes

Your land has a story. We walk it before we draw a single line — studying the slope, the light, the trees worth keeping. Then we design a home that belongs there.

Barndominiums

Steel frame. Wide-open floor plan. Attached shop. Finished like a custom home. For people who want more space, more durability, and a home that looks like nobody else's.

Shops & Outbuildings

Need a shop that works as hard as you do? We build detached workshops, equipment storage, and combination shop-living spaces — all steel-framed and built to the same standard as our homes

Our Process

We don't start building until three things are locked:

Gate 1

Plans Finished

Every room, every detail, every beam — finalized before we quote a dollar.

Gate 2

Every Cost Known

Open book. Every line item, every bid, every number. You see what we see. No surprises at the end.

Gate 3

Financing Confirmed

Money in place before we break ground. No exceptions.

We call it the 3-Gate Process. It's how every Wildhaven home gets built — on budget, on plan, and without the surprises that sink most builds.

What does it cost?

$150 – $250+

per square foot, turnkey

Every project is priced through our open-book 3-Gate Process. No surprises. No change orders you didn't approve.
