Henderson County Barndominium

This family wanted one thing: a home where they could park the truck, walk through the shop, and be in their kitchen in sixty seconds — without going outside. They also wanted it to look nothing like a barn. The result is a 2,400 square foot barndominium with an attached 30×40 shop that reads from the road as a modern steel home, not an agricultural building.

Closed-cell spray foam throughout eliminated any condensation risk. The interior was framed and finished to custom-home standards — quartz counters, tile showers, soft-close cabinets, LVP in the bedrooms, and polished concrete in the living areas. The 24-foot vaulted ceiling in the great room makes the space feel enormous. Built through our 3-Gate Process with a USDA construction-to-permanent loan.
