About This Project
The owners purchased a steep, wooded lot overlooking Table Rock Lake with the goal of building a year-round family retreat. The challenge was the grade — a 22-foot drop from the road to the buildable pad — and a county requirement that limited tree removal. We engineered a walk-out lower level that turned the slope into an asset, giving every floor its own lake view.
At 3,200 square feet across two stories, this is one of the larger homes in our portfolio. Stone and board-and-batten exterior, steel frame for the wide-open great room spans, and interior finishes that include custom cabinetry, tile throughout all wet areas, and hardwood on both levels. The covered outdoor kitchen on the lower level was the owner's one non-negotiable — and it's where they spend most of their time.
